What you will do

• Educate healthcare providers about genetic testing initiatives, sponsored testing programs, and available diagnostic laboratories.
• Identify educational needs among healthcare providers and genetic testing key opinion leaders.
• Provide expertise on IRD gene panels, test requisition forms, result interpretation, and testing laboratory resources.
• Collaborate compliantly with client teams, internal partners, laboratories, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to U.S. diagnostic strategy, advocacy, outreach, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver insights and education that improve sponsored testing utilization and patient support.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; a healthcare degree such as MS, RN, PA, PharmD, or PhD is strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics experience.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, laboratories, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong diagnostic and scientific acumen, communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and operational capability.
• Ability to work effectively in matrixed, diverse, and cross-functional environments with strong ethical standards.
• Ability to travel long distances by car, plane, and train; comfort with modern electronic hardware and AI tools is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with rare or ultra-rare diseases and a strong patient focus.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology.
