What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad consisting of developers, QA, designers, and product managers to deliver production-ready software.
• Design and build scalable microservices using .NET 8.0 and Azure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Next.js) to create seamless user experiences.
• Mentor developers, promote engineering best practices, and champion clean architecture.
• Partner with product managers and business analysts to translate customer needs into technical plans.
• Contribute to wider engineering initiatives, including shared tooling and developer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software delivery within a microservice-based environment.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and Azure.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers in a collaborative, agile setup.
• Product-focused mindset with an ability to balance speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship is provided.
• Must be able to work from the Liverpool HQ 3 days a week.
