Location: Hybrid, with 60% office-based and 40% home-based work, from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading, UK. Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance and must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years without being abroad for 30 days or more at one time.

Salary: £57,515–£82,430, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Candidates based at the Yeading office may receive an additional £4,000 London weighting.

What you will do

• Lead the development of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Design and deliver Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
• Work with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
• Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers.
• Provide technical leadership across systems design, modern development standards, service support, and user focus.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and user support activities.

Requirements

• Lead Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform, including capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Dynamics plugins, Power Fx, Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Dynamics 365 CE, PowerShell, ALM pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Dataverse.
• Experience developing with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Line management or technical leadership experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and the required five-year UK residency history.
