Webinar Events Lead (B2B)

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (must be based in Sydney)

What you will do

• Manage the B2B webinar program end-to-end across enterprise thought-leadership and ecosystem partner streams.
• Run the production pipeline including strategy, calendar, scripting, guest sourcing, and multi-channel promotion.
• Secure and coordinate partner-led content with major entities such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Anthropic, Google, and Meta.
• Oversee relationships with third-party publishers and agencies for sponsored content, including briefing and script oversight.
• Launch and manage LinkedIn Live as a companion channel and optimize lead-capture mechanics for AI discoverability.
• Collaborate with growth marketing on commercial accountability, MQL attribution, and budget management.

Requirements

• Experience producing webinars or live branded content series within a B2B or enterprise marketing context.
• Proven ability to manage co-marketing partnerships and third-party agency relationships.
• Strong skills in guest sourcing, pitching, and managing internal and external talent.
• Working knowledge of webinar platforms (Goldcast, YouTube, LinkedIn Live) and campaign tracking (UTMs, MQL reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent productions and coordinate with video/creative teams.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
