What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation, bridging business strategy, technology architecture, and execution.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on intelligent supply chain and lead AI-enabled Digital Core transformations.
• Architect solutions across planning, logistics, and merchandising, embedding AI-driven capabilities.
• Lead large-scale commercial pursuits ($5M–$50M+) and shape commercial constructs.
• Develop AI accelerators, reusable assets, and autonomous supply chain capabilities.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners like SAP, Google Cloud, Blue Yonder, and Kinaxis.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) supply chain.
• Expertise in planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• TOGAF 9 or equivalent certification preferred.
