What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Document AI extraction pipelines using Google Document AI Custom Extractors, Classifiers, and Splitters.
• Build reliable human-in-the-loop fallback workflows for enterprise document processing.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and technology strategy.
• Develop and present solution architecture, technical designs, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess downstream architectural impacts, governance requirements, and emerging technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support complex issue resolution and project governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience with Gen AI/Agentic AI, Document Image extraction, data architecture, Kubernetes/GKE, and continuous improvement.
• Deep experience with Google Document AI, including Form Parser, Custom Document Extractors, model training and tuning, and precision/recall optimization.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, model governance, token optimization, and the Gen AI/ML application lifecycle.
• Hands-on expertise with GCP, Python, PySpark, SQL and NoSQL technologies, data modeling, BigQuery, Postgres, Spark, Dataflow, Apache Beam, and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with enterprise application and data architecture, governance, standards, strategic roadmaps, and complex stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• AWS or Azure experience.
• Real estate, mortgage, finance, or insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience with Neo4j, event-driven architecture, streaming frameworks, Kafka, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch.
