What you will do

• Own the technical direction for growth and operations engineering, ensuring architecture aligns with product goals.
• Architect systems and APIs to support AI agents as first-class users with machine-readable contracts.
• Drive the team's shift toward agentic engineering, balancing automation safety with human accountability.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions for installation and fulfillment operations.
• Mentor engineers and build a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
• Embed security and reliability as core customer values across all technical domains.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany for remote or hybrid work.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with multiple programming languages.
• Proven track record of architecting secure, scalable systems and designing robust APIs.
• Experience leading teams through major workflow or tooling shifts, including AI-driven automation.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Ability to own features end-to-end and communicate technical implications to business stakeholders.
