What you will do
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise developer platform and AI engineering capabilities.
- Define global standards for CI/CD, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery.
- Drive the adoption and governance of AI-enabled software development tools and reusable AI solutions.
- Manage a global organization through senior leaders to build high-performing engineering teams.
- Own platform performance, adoption metrics, budgets, and vendor investments.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions to continuously improve the engineering platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven leadership experience specifically in Platform Engineering.
- Deep technical knowledge of CI/CD platform authoring (Harness and/or GitHub Actions).
- Experience with production-scale cloud-native infrastructure in at least one major provider.
- Implementation-level familiarity with Claude Code and the MCP protocol.
- Working knowledge of security tooling concepts including SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and SBOM.
