What you will do

• Install and commission processing and facility equipment such as conveyors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance to diagnose mechanical issues and minimize production downtime.
• Execute precision alignment, calibration, and balancing of mechanical systems for optimal performance.
• Perform sanitary welding and fabrication to support equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Maintain technical documentation and records in strict compliance with GDP and audit requirements.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and manage spare parts inventory via CMMS.

Requirements

• 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification required.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated production environment (cannabis, pharma, or food).
• Must undergo a medical screening exam as part of the recruitment process.
• Experience with GMP and GDP standards and CMMS.
• Knowledge of sanitary design principles and contamination control.
