What you will do

• Advise CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, operations, and growth.
• Lead complex CFO advisory engagements for healthcare organizations nationwide.
• Define and improve the CFO service model, delivery frameworks, tools, training materials, and best practices.
• Establish quality assurance processes and identify opportunities to improve service-line performance.
• Coach and mentor consultants while supporting professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with firm leadership on business development, proposals, client relationships, and market expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience.
• Experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, healthcare finance executive, or senior healthcare consultant.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, budgeting, financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams and building scalable processes and solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with Boards, CEOs, and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with healthcare providers, community health centers, or similar organizations.
• CPA, MBA, MHA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience building a high-quality consulting practice and mentoring professionals.
