Location: Remote within the United States
Salary: $215,000–$250,000 base salary annually, plus annual bonus incentive, benefits, and potential equity purchase program participation.

What you will do
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to translate enterprise strategy into financial plans, measurable outcomes, and resource allocation decisions.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, long-range planning, liquidity forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Build scalable reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, integrated financial models, and decision-support capabilities.
- Evaluate market expansion, payer partnerships, clinical programs, technology investments, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and business cases.
- Support financing, refinancing, M&A, joint ventures, debt transactions, valuation, diligence, and post-transaction performance assessment.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Finance organization while strengthening processes, governance, controls, and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related fields.
- Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-support functions.
- Ability to influence executives and communicate financial insights to Boards, investors, lenders, and senior leadership.
- Experience building and leading high-performing Finance teams and scalable organizational capabilities.
- Ability to operate as a strategic leader and hands-on player-coach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Healthcare experience, especially in provider, payer, healthcare services, value-based care, or risk-bearing organizations.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or a similar advanced credential.
