What you will do

• Review client contracts and set up matters when cases are activated.
• Generate routine, electronic, and complex client invoices.
• Edit, customize, and process invoices according to contractual terms.
• Analyze, track, and report on work in progress.
• Track multiple assignments, follow up on progress, and meet deadlines.
• Support and guide other billing staff after completing training and qualification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-charge billing experience in professional services or a law firm.
• Experience with Workday or Elite 3E.
• Strong skills in 10-key, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• E-billing experience, including E-Billing HUB.
• International multi-currency billing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bankruptcy experience.
