Supply Network Analyst (Supply Chain)

Supply Network Analyst (Supply Chain): Managing the order fulfillment process and gATP to drive service delivery across the customer base with an accent on inventory allocation and supply chain performance. Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in office at a hirify.global Hub). Must be based in the USA

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the order fulfillment process and the global available to promise (gATP) process to commit inventory to customer orders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand teams to prioritize fulfillment for promotion calendars and new item launches.
• Determine and implement mitigation strategies to resolve inventory shortfalls and optimize resupply movements.
• Analyze service performance metrics to identify root causes and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain master data supporting order fulfillment and develop process documentation and training content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain (or 3-5 years of equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in CPG business systems within IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Sales.
• Must be based in the USA to report to assigned office locations.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
