What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing swag, from personalized product generation to global delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create and obtain client approval for product proofs.
• Coordinate orders across multiple vendors, verifying pricing, shipping, and decoration details against POs.
• Handle shipping logistics, including building notices, scheduling dates, and providing customs paperwork.
• Communicate regular updates to customers to build trust and drive repeat orders.
• Manage billing and order details throughout production to ensure accuracy and meet SLAs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the branded merchandise industry.
• Proficiency with promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, or MPower Promo.
• Experience using vector artwork software like Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Strong understanding of design principles for personalized hard goods and apparel.
• Must be based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone for remote work or the New York Metro Area for hybrid.
