Location: 100% remote; must work from the United States or Canada

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD, plus discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead and oversee systematic literature reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis studies for health technology assessment submissions.
• Develop client-ready protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, slides, feasibility assessments, and related deliverables.
• Manage project components, resourcing, timelines, hours, financial performance, and quality in collaboration with project staff.
• Lead client calls, manage study communications, and provide independent research guidance.
• Delegate work, mentor junior researchers, and create development plans for direct reports.
• Support proposals, presentations, business development meetings, and new study concepts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health services research or a related field such as health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, or biochemistry.
• 4–6 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements.
• Experience or sufficient methodological understanding to oversee clinical, economic, or health-related quality-of-life systematic reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
