Salary: $127,500 - $178,000

What you will do

• Lead the design of observational, prospective, retrospective, and interventional clinical studies, especially with UAE-based collaborators.
• Analyze complex wearable, physiological, and multimodal biobehavioral datasets to generate health insights.
• Build reproducible analytical workflows and communicate results via reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Apply rigorous statistical methods, including time-series analysis, Bayesian methods, and machine learning.
• Contribute to patents, abstracts, and peer-reviewed scientific dissemination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to move studies from concept to insight.

Requirements

• PhD in psychology, neuroscience, behavioral/health sciences, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong track record of leading scientific research and first-authoring peer-reviewed publications.
• Experience designing human subjects studies, including protocol development and IRB processes.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and/or R, and experience using SQL.
• Proficiency with reproducible workflows (Jupyter, Git, Docker, Conda).
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states).

• Proven record of conducting science or clinical studies in the UAE.
• Experience working at the intersection of industry and academia.
