What you will do
- Define and execute data and statistical vision aligned with Global Clinical Development and R&D strategy.
- Oversee planning, conduct, and delivery of clinical data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming activities.
- Introduce new methodologies and technologies like AI-based analytics and adaptive designs to optimize drug development.
- Provide line management, talent development, and build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other functions on study design and submissions.
- Represent functions in governance bodies, regulatory engagements, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years in management or leadership roles in global biometrics.
- Experience in early- and late-phase clinical development in pharmaceutical setting.
- Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, CDISC (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in SAS, R, and modern clinical data systems (EDC).
