What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of RWE studies, including retrospective database analyses and prospective observational studies.
• Contribute to clinical evidence strategy for a defined product area to address key evidence gaps.
• Develop study protocols, including objectives, endpoints, eligibility criteria, and analysis plans.
• Partner with biostatistics and data science teams to ensure high-quality data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Translate real-world insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and market access.
• Support the development of publications, abstracts, and presentations to communicate evidence externally.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MPH, MS, PharmD) in epidemiology, health outcomes research, biostatistics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in real-world evidence, observational research, or HEOR, ideally in industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading observational studies through the full lifecycle from protocol to dissemination.
• Strong understanding of real-world data sources such as claims, EHR, and registries.
• Must be based in the USA.
