What you will do

• Lead and develop a national team of 4–8 Associate Business Development Specialists.
• Develop and manage new business production plans, budgets, and retail growth targets.
• Create and execute Small Commercial business development strategies to maximize agency engagement.
• Analyze KPIs and performance trends to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, and Distribution leaders to ensure consistent strategy execution.
• Represent the organization in the marketplace and at industry events to strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business development, marketing, or underwriting experience with admitted agent populations.
• Proven experience managing and leading people in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Understanding of Property & Casualty underwriting and claims.
• Strong relationship development and negotiation skills.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel periodically.
