What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security solutions.
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, VPNs, ACLs, and QoS.
• Provide Level 2/3 escalation support for network incidents, outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
• Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate circuit installations, outages, infrastructure projects, vendors, and service providers.
• Support change management, technical documentation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and enterprise network architectures.
• Experience supporting large-scale LAN/WAN environments and hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Practical knowledge of VLANs, trunking, EtherChannel, STP, VPNs, ACLs, QoS, and network security concepts.
• Proficiency with Wireshark, SolarWinds, and network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Aruba wireless solutions and Aruba Central.
• Experience supporting VoIP environments.
• Knowledge of Opengear console management solutions.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and network migrations.
