Staff Network Engineer

What you will do

• Design and maintain network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implement routing architectures including BGP, OSPF, and peering strategies.
• Manage hybrid networking components such as VPNs, Direct Connect, and inter-region routing.
• Develop network automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement network security controls, including segmentation and firewall policies.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance optimization, and incident response.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or Brazil
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper networking platforms (SRX, QFX).
• Experience with hybrid cloud networking (AWS Direct Connect, GCP Interconnect).
• Proficiency in Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes CNI (Calico, Cilium).

Nice to have

• Experience with EVPN, IPv6 rollout, and Linux CLI.
• Understanding of MANRS, RPKI, and RIPE.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP.
