Senior Telecom Engineer (Cisco)

Senior Telecom Engineer (Networking): Owning the full lifecycle of enterprise network solutions from requirements and design through deployment and certification with an accent on scalable architecture and Cisco standards. Location: Hybrid (Mexico City) - Must be based in Mexico City and work from the office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Design scalable enterprise network solutions using engineering standards and maintain comprehensive as-built documentation.
• Deploy solution infrastructure, including cabling, connectivity, and full production configuration.
• Lead pre-production testing, Proof of Concept (POC), and pilot activities to ensure service stability.
• Perform Tier III troubleshooting and deep-dive root cause analysis for complex or persistent network incidents.
• Manage project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget, including vendor pricing negotiations.
• Facilitate project review meetings and formal operational turnover to support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience deploying network communications solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Cisco CCNP certification (required).
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City.
