Corporate Generalist Attorney - Assistant Vice President / Vice President (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Greenwich, Connecticut, US (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Draft and review complex, technology-driven client engagement and commercial agreements.
• Lead AI governance initiatives, monitoring global rules and evaluating AI outputs for bias and security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement standard client documentation using contract lifecycle management solutions.
• Manage general corporate agreements across HR, finance, marketing, and real estate functions.
• Assist with strategic corporate development initiatives and conduct specialized legal research.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage external contractual relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Greenwich, Connecticut.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at a tech or financial services firm.
• Active member in good standing of the New York Bar or another state/jurisdiction bar.
• Practical understanding of machine learning architecture, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with high integrity.
