Staff Frontend Engineer (UI Platform)

Salary: $181,000 — $261,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and ship reusable UI primitives and component patterns that ensure consistency across consoles.
• Define application bootstrapping and cross-surface navigation primitives to abstract console boundaries.
• Deliver unified frontend data clients and service components.
• Create, deploy, and upgrade platform components powering complex data exploration and visualization.
• Provide reference patterns, templates, and tests to standardize portability and reduce rework.
• Partner with feature teams to implement and migrate single-console experiences on the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience leading large multi-quarter efforts with demonstrated customer or business impact.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, security, and usability.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to work towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
