Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, plus potential geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive, and equity awards.

What you will do

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, approval processes, case management, entitlements, and assignment rules.
• Integrate internal and external services and maintain business applications connected to Salesforce.
• Validate business requirements with the Salesforce team, considering security, scalability, and governor limits.
• Document solutions, troubleshoot issues independently, and communicate status and risks.
• Support Product Owners with feature definition and translation of technical requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and cloud experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, user management, case management, API integrations, reports, dashboards, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• This organization participates in E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations or Generative AI.
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based web services.
• Active participation in the Salesforce community.
