What you will do

• Perform in-life technical procedures on mice, including handling, restraint, tumor volume measurement, and euthanasia.
• Administer compounds and perform blood collection according to study requirements.
• Accurately record study data within the laboratory information management system.
• Maintain strict adherence to study protocols and guidelines.
• Handle general study preparation, including sample labeling, supply organization, and lab stocking.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• BS degree in animal science, biology, pharmacology, or a related field (preferred).
• AALAS ALAT certification (preferred).
• Up to 1 year of related experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or similar research setting (preferred).
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Physical stamina for sitting, standing, and walking in a research laboratory and vivarium environment.
• Strong computer skills and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
