What you will do

• Design and validate advanced algorithms and statistical models for genomic data analysis.
• Architect and deploy automated analysis workflows for clinical diagnostics.
• Perform rigorous code reviews and maintain technical documentation for computational infrastructure.
• Analyze complex multi-omic data in collaboration with wet-lab scientists and statisticians.
• Optimize core computational infrastructure for high-performance research milestones.

Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Cancer Biology, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional or postgraduate experience in bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Deep expertise in high-throughput DNA sequencing (NGS) analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and computational complexity.
• High proficiency in Python and its scientific ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud-based distributed computing environments, specifically AWS.
