What you will do

• Perform data cleanup exercises across various departments to enhance functional processes.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including posting customer payments and managing sales tax projects.
• Ensure the accuracy of finance records and improve the organization of finance documentation.
• Liaise with finance, accounting, sales, and customer success teams to maintain billing and revenue reporting.
• Manage ad hoc requests from the finance and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Co-Op program.
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
