What you will do

• Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent CRM records, reports, and lists across GTM operations.
• Triage and resolve stakeholder requests related to systems, workflows, and daily revenue operations.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to implement automations and process improvements.
• Analyze inbound request metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with inside sales, outside sales, and other teams on strategic projects.
• Document RevOps tools and best practices and support team training.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• Ability to work across data, systems, and people to drive business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
