TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist (HubSpot/Power BI): Owning revenue planning, forecasting, retention analysis, and expansion workflows for an enterprise customer base with an accent on HubSpot governance, Power BI dashboards, and scenario modeling. Focus on building predictive churn and customer lifetime value models, governing revenue KPIs, and translating complex data into actionable executive insights.

Location: Remote, but candidates must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.

What you will do

Own annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting for enterprise customers.
Build upsell, cross-sell, pricing elasticity, margin, and churn scenario models.
Design and govern lead-to-cash, renewal, expansion, and opportunity-stage workflows in HubSpot.
Coordinate renewal pricing and contract processes with Deal Desk and cross-functional stakeholders.
Build executive Power BI dashboards covering pipeline health, retention, productivity, and revenue KPIs.
Implement AI workflow orchestration and predictive analytics using integrated datasets and DAX.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
Advanced HubSpot expertise, including custom reports, workflow automation, deal pipeline management, and property creation.
Strong Power BI experience with DAX, data modeling, paginated reports, embedded dashboards, and business insights.
Strong Excel skills for ad hoc modeling and scenario analysis.
Experience with forecasting, retention metrics, executive presentations, and cross-functional revenue processes.
Current and continuing authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
