Client Success Specialist

TL;DR

Client Success Specialist (HR and financial services software): Supporting clients through phone, email, and chat while researching issues, documenting solutions, and maintaining strong product knowledge with an accent on responsive service, application troubleshooting, and client retention. Focus on testing potential defects, validating software updates, collaborating with product development, and expanding the product knowledge base.

Location: Fully remote, limited to candidates based in FL, IL, KS, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, or WI. Light travel may be required for client support or company events.

What you will do

• Provide accurate and responsive support through phone, email, and chat.
• Document client interactions and solutions in the CRM.
• Research issues using available tools and collaborate with internal teams.
• Test application defects, software updates, and fixes before release.
• Create product documentation, videos, training materials, and knowledge-base content.
• Build effective working relationships with clients, affiliate personnel, and management.

Requirements

• Must be based in FL, IL, KS, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, or WI for the fully remote position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving, task-management, interpersonal, teamwork, and independent-working skills.
• Ability to perform application testing and document technical issues.

Nice to have

• College training in business, human resources, IT, or a related field.
• Financial services, credit union, or human resources experience.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent experience.
