Quality Assurance Program Manager (Data Center Engineering)

What you will do

• Manage documentation and quality workflows across multiple data center project clusters and coordinate stakeholders across engineering, power and cooling, security, controls, commissioning, and external design consultants.
• Review drawings, specifications, bills of materials, calculations, and other technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance.
• Track project archiving, filing, naming standards, versioning, issuances, progress, and KPIs across a portfolio of several hundred projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert, configuration analyst, and system owner for design documentation and support quality engineers and design managers.
• Lead process improvements from requirements gathering through implementation, training, and long-term process redesign.
• Conduct audits, provide training and tactical support, and maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a project engineer on large commercial design and construction projects or equivalent experience in the design or construction industry.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is strongly preferred; equivalent hands-on experience may offset the degree requirement.
• Experience with Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam, Procore, and collaborative management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, architectural, and multidisciplinary specifications and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, written and organizational skills, and experience writing functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fully digital workflow involving thousands of technical sheets and pages.
