What you will do

• Produce short-form videos, carousels, and creative copy for US social media channels.
• Manage the daily social media calendar, publishing, and community engagement.
• Write and edit SEO-optimized posts for the US blog to grow organic reach.
• Draft internal notes, announcements, and external communications while maintaining brand voice.
• Act as the daily point of contact for the PR agency and coordinate executive agendas.
• Track and report on the performance of content, social media, and search metrics.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content, or communications.
• Native English speaker with strong professional writing skills.
• High fluency with social media platforms and ability to execute ideas rapidly.
• Experience working within a regulated business environment (finance).
• Daily use of AI tools for marketing and content optimization.
• Must be based in Miami, Florida, United States.
