Technical IT Support Analyst (LCNC)

Location: Bethesda, Maryland. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, translating user needs into functional application solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain low-code business applications using Google AppSheet and Google Sites.
• Serve as the primary application support resource, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents within established SLAs.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and training resources.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execute functional and regression testing to ensure application quality.
• Deliver instructor-led and one-on-one training sessions to promote effective adoption of technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Business, or Math and 2+ years of IT experience (or Associate's degree and 4+ years).
• Proven experience as a power-user for Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) applications.
• Expertise in communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL and Agile industry best practices.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL Foundations, Microsoft 365 Foundations, or Google AppSheet Developer badges.
• Experience with programming and Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) development.
