Salary: $93,000 – $116,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Produce technical training videos by scripting, recording, and editing e-learning content.
• Design polished presentation decks for instructor-led training and webinars using AI tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build hands-on test scenario labs and exercises for real-world configuration practice.
• Develop content and labs to support certification tracks and technical assessments.
• Partner with product managers and solutions engineers to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Iterate content quality based on learner feedback and completion data.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience creating technical training content including videos and e-learning modules.
• Experience building hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products.
• Proficiency with video production and editing tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, or Adobe.
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint) for visual communication of technical concepts.
• Proven instructional design skills to structure comprehensive learning plans.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, specifically Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, least privilege, or JIT access concepts.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company's training/enablement function.
