What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, highly interactive web applications.
• Own core platform modules from concept through release, support, and continuous improvement.
• Influence application and system architecture with emphasis on performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into .NET- and Python-based products, including copilots, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
• Diagnose complex production issues across distributed systems and ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product Management, QA, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software design and development experience, preferably with the Microsoft technology stack.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC/Web APIs.
• Strong experience building full-stack web applications with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based services such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI into applications.
• Experience with Python and/or .NET in AI and LLM workflows, plus secure and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with strong communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Secure development experience and knowledge of common vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Background in clinical trial data, life sciences, regulated SaaS, data visualization, or analytics-driven user experiences.
• Familiarity with agent-based or workflow-driven AI architectures.
