Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Manage project intake and team design for retainer accounts or project-based clients.
• Oversee delivery health, scope tracking, and SOW management at the account level.
• Establish and manage success metrics for program delivery in partnership with business leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior PMs, Managers, and Associates.
• Co-lead client strategy for delivery and maintain senior-level relationships at the Director/VP level.
• Partner with Resource Management to identify and fill talent gaps.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a creative agency.
• Deep knowledge of 360° campaigns and the creative production process.
• Proven track record of leading mid and junior team members.
• Expertise in risk, change, and communications management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and workforce/project planning tools.
• Must be located in or be able to work in Brooklyn, NY.
