What you will do

• Develop and maintain an integrated master program schedule (IMS) consolidating multiple general contractors, trade contractors, and equipment vendors.
• Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis and schedule quality reviews to identify drivers of program duration and risk.
• Manage interfaces, dependencies, and hand-offs across the full construction sequence from site development to IT load turnover.
• Administer Primavera P6 environments and leverage SmartPM analytics to automate schedule health diagnostics.
• Produce regular performance reporting (look-aheads, variance analysis) and lead Monte Carlo simulations for risk quantification.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to validate reported progress against actual field conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading scheduling functions for large-scale data center or infrastructure construction.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) to job sites and contractor offices.
• Experience conducting schedule quality reviews (e.g., DCMA 14-point checks).
• Must be based in the United States.
