Operations Technician - Seating (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform quality judgments on line products to ensure conformance and non-conformance standards.
• Support all aspects of the metal coating process, focusing on performance and on-time completion.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on platherization systems, pre-heat/cure ovens, and cool-down tunnels.
• Inspect parts against quality criteria and execute corrective actions for non-conforming parts.
• Utilize scanners, printers, and paint measuring devices to record process data.
• Maintain work areas through cleaning, arranging pallets, and managing recycling materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts, pallets, and returnable bins.
• Capability to maintain a fast pace during line hanging and unloading processes.
• Ability to differentiate between colors and check shades using approved sample plates.
• Proficiency in interpreting scheduling sheets and technical paperwork.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
