What you will do

• Provide financial and analytical support as a key business partner and advisor to the Plant Manager and staff.
• Manage the daily checkbook, monthly MOR presentations, and lead the annual budget process.
• Ensure all financial operations and reporting are in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Measure key financial and operational metrics while monitoring budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee internal financial reporting, tax packages, internal controls, and cost accounting.
• Analyze trends and variances to implement timely corrective actions and identify operational opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Graduate Degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior level accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting regulations, specifically U.S. GAAP.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing people in a team environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Pottstown, PA facility.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial reporting systems.
