What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, reporting, and analysis for the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and SOX requirements via internal controls.
• Support production cost reporting, standard cost setting, inventory valuation, and material cost analysis.
• Oversee the annual physical inventory process and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide financial analysis for plant investments, budgets, and capital expenditure justifications.
• Coach and manage local finance personnel, focusing on performance management and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Experience partnering with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance.
• People leadership experience is preferred.
