What you will do

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to drive informed decision-making.
• Partner with plant management to deliver productivity savings and meet budget goals.
• Lead plant-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial oversight for physical inventory accuracy and asset records.
• Develop and maintain cost standards for all produced products.
• Coordinate the annual Capital Budget and ensure accurate monthly closings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing plant accounting and controlling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Taunton, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CGMA, or CMA.
