What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and grow a strong client base for specialized sector financing.
• Structure and execute profitable renewable energy and sustainability-linked financing transactions.
• Manage deal teams, including mentoring, training, and supervising associate and analyst-level members.
• Monitor loan portfolios, managing expansions, refinancings, restructurings, and exits based on risk analysis.
• Cross-sell hirify.global products and develop new techniques in Project Finance.
• Participate in the recruiting and hiring process for junior employees.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project finance or corporate banking.
• MBA/Master’s Degree and CFA Qualifications.
• Series 24/79/63 licenses.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, basic accounting, and legal documentation.
• Strong negotiation, structuring, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and globally up to 35%.
