Location: Onsite in Gilbert, Arizona, United States. Multiple Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday shifts are available, including daytime and overnight schedules.
Salary: $22 per hour, approximately $3,810 per month before taxes based on full-time hours.

What you will do
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies and root causes.
- Analyze inventory levels and stock movements and prepare operational reports.
- Support the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Train operations staff on newly implemented inventory procedures.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams on continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy supply chain management or a related field.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, inventory control, quality systems, and regulatory requirements including SOX, FDA, CGMP, and GDP.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems such as NetSuite, ePRO, or SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
