What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions, cycle counts, and variance resolution.
• Coordinate material movement and staging to ensure efficient flow between work centers.
• Stock hardware, raw materials, and finished goods while adhering to AS9100 standards and traceability.
• Organize and verify kit components for accurate and timely delivery to the production floor.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Use ERP systems and MS Office tools to track and manage inventory data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and walk the shop floor for extended periods.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies in data.

Nice to have

• Experience handling aerospace or defense materials.
• Proficiency with ERP or dedicated inventory management systems.
• Prior experience with warehouse control or stockroom management.
