Location: Must be based in Lehi, Utah

What you will do

Manage 3-5 Sales Development Team Leads to achieve pipeline goals.
Develop and execute the SDR organizational strategy aligned with company objectives.
Implement and refine operational practices for high efficiency and personalization.
Track and present key performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Create career development and promotion paths for SDRs.

Requirements

3+ years of SDR or sales management experience.
6+ years of total sales experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Chilipiper.
Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS organization selling to SMB and enterprise.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
