What you will do
- Drive product growth across key customer journey stages: activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion.
- Build and optimize repeatable, scalable, and measurable growth loops.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify high-leverage opportunities for value realization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Guide growth initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically in product-led growth (PLG) or experimentation roles within B2B SaaS.
- Strong quantitative business acumen and ability to use data for identifying opportunities and informing decisions.
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts to improve product execution and analysis.
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience in fleet, automotive, or transportation software (Vertical SaaS).
- Ability to write and read SQL.
- Experience with hybrid B2B PLG and SLG product models.
- Experience building and iterating on AI-powered product features.
