Director, Web Marketing (AI)

Location: United States

Salary: $172,000–$236,500, $182,700–$251,250, $193,400–$266,000, or $215,000–$295,550 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Transform and scale global web properties using modern development approaches and current technologies for human visitors and AI agents.
• Build and oversee a product team responsible for executing and iterating on marketing priorities.
• Use AI to automate and accelerate web production, QA, localization, testing, and routine optimization.
• Define the strategy for scaling the web presence across segments, products, industries, partners, markets, and languages.
• Implement testing and personalization programs, optimize traffic and conversion, and use product and website analytics to improve growth.
• Manage internal and external partners, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and lead a growing globally distributed team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on a high-performing web marketing or development team.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, and information architecture.
• Experience with AI-driven search, answer engines, structured and machine-readable content, and AI agents or assistants as a web audience.
• Experience adopting AI tools and agents to streamline web workflows and scaling a function across teams and contractors.
• Experience leading a large-scale international website refresh or rebuild, with web optimization, testing frameworks, and ideally modern composable or headless architectures.
