What you will do

• Transform web properties into outstanding destinations for both human visitors and AI agents.
• Implement AI tools to automate and accelerate web production, QA, localization, and optimization.
• Establish a global strategy to scale web presence across segments, products, and industries.
• Monitor and optimize web traffic to support worldwide brand awareness and demand generation.
• Implement a robust testing and personalization program to increase conversion rates.
• Build and lead a growing, globally distributed product team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on high-performing web marketing or development teams.
• 5+ years of experience in team management.
• Deep technical expertise in analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, and information architecture.
• Strategic vision for AI-driven search, answer engines, and machine-readable content.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, international website refreshes or rebuilds.
• Experience with web optimization frameworks and modern composable/headless architectures.
