What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact and support for customers.
• Manage the onboarding process and perform quarterly health checks and business reviews.
• Participate in the TAM on-call rotation to handle customer inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewal risks and ensure successful product upsells.
• Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize internal technical expertise and tools to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and enterprise web technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cutting-edge infrastructure.
• Strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills.
• Must have legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Degree in a technical or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or TAM roles within a SaaS organization.
