Senior Product Marketing Manager (Voice AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end solutions bill of materials, including narratives, first-call decks, solution briefs, and battlecards.
• Build use-case-first messaging for priority verticals such as healthcare, pharma, federal, financial services, and CX.
• Lead the solutions layer of major launches, defining the industry-specific value and accuracy metrics.
• Mine sales calls, win-loss data, and usage patterns to refine messaging and develop segment proof points.
• Partner with Demand Gen and GTM Enablement to distribute campaign-ready narratives and landing page messaging.
• Build and scale a repeatable, AI-powered content engine for intake, production, and measurement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5–7 years of solutions or product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically with technical or API-first products.
• Daily use of advanced AI tools to accelerate workflows and build reusable systems is a baseline requirement.
• Proven track record of translating multi-product portfolios into segment narratives with measurable pipeline impact.
• A portfolio of solutions marketing work (briefs, decks, battlecards) to present during interviews.
• Strong writing skills capable of addressing both CTOs and CX operations leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in voice AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, or speech technology.
• Background marketing into regulated verticals (healthcare, federal, financial services).
• Analyst relations exposure or benchmark/named-metric storytelling experience.
• Track record in high-growth startups building functions from scratch.
